FREE Mental Health First Aid Classes
FREE Mental Health First Aid Classes

KCMHSAS is proud to offer Mental Health First Aid training to community members at no charge. Learn risk factors and warning signs for mental health and addiction concerns, strategies for how to help someone in both crisis and non-crisis situations and where to turn for help. The eight-hour class runs from 8am-5pm. Lunch is on your own. All materials are provided. Learn more about Mental Health First Aid HERE.

We can also come to YOUR organization to provide group training! Just fill out this request form.

>>ADULT Mental Health First Aid: For anyone age 18 & older who wants to learn how to help a person experiencing a mental health related crisis or problem. LEARN MORE

>>YOUTH Mental Health First Aid: Designed for adults who regularly interact with young people.  Learn how to help an adolescent (age 12-18) experiencing a mental health or addictions challenge. LEARN MORE
